  • We offer free returns exclusively for size exchanges, limited to one exchange per order, and provide store credit for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Made-to-Order (MTO) items. Please note that returns requesting a refund will incur a restocking fee, which includes the original shipping cost plus an additional 10%.

  • Shoes are made to order and take 24 hours to 4 weeks to finish, depending on the model. Once ready, we’ll ship your order. Domestic (CAD) orders with Canada Post usually arrive in 1–5 business days; international orders with DHL Express usually arrive in 5–7 business days.
