  • You may cancel or change your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. We recommend you contact us to request changes to your order as soon as possible

  • We offer free returns on Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Made-to-Order (MTO) items for size exchange (up to one exchange) and for store credit, while returns for refunds will be subject to restocking fees (equal to shipping cost + 10% fee).

    The return or exchange option is available, according to the conditions below:

    (1) The item is in its original condition and packaging; items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

    (2) Proof of purchase (invoice) is included with the items to be returned.

    (3) Return or exchange requests are communicated within 7 days after purchase (or shipment arrival) of merchandise.

    (4) The items are returned and received by Raffiné Couture within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Return Shipping

    All returns must be received by Raffiné Couture within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Important Notes:

    Purchases made using store credit are non-refundable.

    All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Return Exceptions:

    Custom made items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    Discounted Items:

    Items purchased at a discounted price (whether through special offers or discount codes) cannot be returned, except for size exchanges or store credit. In these cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Change of Mind:

    We do not accept return or exchange requests due to a change of mind.
