Return Policy
At Raffiné Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a quality or manufacturing issue with your item, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and slits intact. Items that have been altered or damaged will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item.
Return Request Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or the delivery of your order.
Return Shipping: All returns must be received by Raffiné Couture within 14 days of the delivery date.
Important Notes:
Purchases made using store credit are non-refundable.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Exceptions:
Custom Made Items: These cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted price (whether through special offers or discount codes) cannot be returned, except for size exchanges or store credit. In these cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind: We do not accept return or exchange requests due to a change of mind.

Shoes are made to order and take 24 hours to 4 weeks to finish, depending on the model. Once ready, we’ll ship your order. Domestic (CAD) orders with Canada Post usually arrive in 1–5 business days; international orders with DHL Express usually arrive in 5–7 business days.
