Returns are at the sole discretion of Raffiné Couture, and will be reimbursed in the form of Raffiné Couture store credit.
Raffiné Couture will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the tags still on and the vents fully stitched
Any items returned to Raffiné Couture that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
If your items were purchased with a store credit, no refund will be issued at any circumstance

All garments are made to order and take about four weeks to complete. Once ready, we will ship your order. Domestic (CAD) orders via Canada Post typically arrive in 1–5 business days; international orders with DHL Express typically arrive in 5–7 business days.
